Foley Exteriors removed all of the siding on this duplex in Minneapolis, MN.  Built in the 1890's, this was one of the original homes on the block.  The homeowner wanted to keep some of the architectural details that were present in the home, while updating the home and creating an almost zero-maintenance exterior.  Foley installed stucco on the main portion of the home, creating a beautiful look to enhance the curb appeal of the home.  On the gables, fiber cement shakes were installed, giving the home some architectural significance from the street and sidewalk.  The windows, frieze board, and soffit were wrapped in aluminum, giving the home some beautiful details while allowing it to remain maintenance free.
