This multi-family building in south Minneapolis, Minnesota, received work orders from the City of Minneapolis that required the stucco to be repaired.  There were a few windows that had been removed, and replaced with only plywood.  There were also places on the building where the stucco had bulged, and other places where it was missing completely.  Foley Exteriors patched the stucco in all the necessary locations.  Because the building had been painted, Foley also sandblasted the entire exterior in order to prepare it for a new finish.  Foley also installed new aluminum trim around the windows and doors, and on the soffit and fascia of the building.  With the new aluminum trim and new stucco, this building is virtually maintenance free!
